- No. smover move is software you pay for directly. Your agent keeps 100% of their commission. We're not in the middle of your real estate transaction.
- What states do you operate in?
- smover move works in the Mid-Atlantic: Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. Your agent and closing happen wherever you and your agent are licensed.
- Can I cancel?
- smover move is a one-time fee, not a subscription. You own access for the duration of your move. If your transaction falls through and restarts, your access continues.
