Our Methodology
Displayed agent statistics come from available transaction records. Here is how the displayed data is computed and where coverage can vary.
Agent statistics are computed from available closed transaction records. Available fields can include sale price, list price, days on market, property type, and the agents involved on the buyer and seller sides.
Agent statistics are computed from a rolling 3-year window of completed transactions. This means the numbers you see today reflect sales from 2023 through early 2026. A 3-year window is long enough to reveal consistent performance and short enough to reflect current market conditions.
Displayed metrics summarize available transaction records. They do not verify an agent’s identity, establish an ordering or endorsement, or predict the outcome of your move. Coverage varies by profile, so review the records and interview agents directly before choosing representation.
Median prices are calculated from actual settled transactions, not list prices. Average days on market measures the time from listing to contract (not listing to closing). Property type breakdowns and price range distributions come directly from transaction records.
Transaction records do not verify a provider's identity, establish an ordering or endorsement, or predict the result of your move. Coverage varies by provider and market, so use the records as one input and interview providers directly.
