- smover move works with any agent. We send them an invite. They can accept or decline. You stay in control either way.
- Is this a referral service?
- No. smover move is software you pay for directly. Your agent keeps 100% of their commission. We’re not in the middle of your real estate transaction.
- Does my agent get paid for referring me?
- No referral fee. In real estate, a referral fee is 25 to 40 percent of an agent’s commission paid at closing. smover doesn’t do that and never will. Your agent earns $50 in smover credits when you start your move. They can redeem credits against future smover services. No cash, no commission split. Your agent’s commission is unchanged.
- Why $295?

- What states do you operate in?
- smover move works in all 50 states. We’re a software product that runs alongside your real estate transaction. Your agent and closing happen wherever you and your agent are licensed.
- Can I cancel?
- smover move is a one-time fee, not a subscription. You own access for the duration of your move. If your transaction falls through and restarts, your access continues.
